Meira Yeger-McKeever, MD
Dr. Yeger-McKeever is fellowship trained in orthopedic sports medicine and sees patients ranging in age from infancy to 30 years old. She earned her medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School and went on to complete an internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She did her fellowship at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Yeger-McKeever is a resident member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and a candidate member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. She has been published in many professional publications, including the American Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Osteoarthritis and Cartilage and the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, and presented at national meetings for the Orthopaedic Research Society and the AAOS. She also has served at Assistant Team Physician for Baltimore Ravens Football, Baltimore Blast Professional Soccer, Washington Nationals Major League Baseball and Morgan State, Goucher, Loyola and Johns Hopkins Universities.
